Shipping policy

Overview We pass our steep Shopify shipping discounts directly to you—we don't build in extra shipping or handling fees like many competitors. Shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and you pay only the actual carrier cost, with no markups.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to locations within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
